This contempt case has been filed alleging non compliance of the directions issued by this Court as per judgment dated 26.8.2020 in W.A.No.1139/2020. By the aforesaid judgment, there was a direction to pay salary to the teachers. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the salary for the present month had been paid. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the arrears of salary will also be paid soon.
Under such circumstances, this contempt case is closed.
