It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the 2nd petitioner had been paid pension as per the directions issued in the writ petition. The 1st petitioner is yet to receive the pension. We have already disposed of a batch of Contempt of Court Cases, namely, Contempt Case (C)No.1951/2019 and con.cases, in which, having found that there is no wilful contempt, we had directed the respondents to settle the matters within a period of six months, subject to any decision that may be taken by the Apex Court in these matters. This Contempt of Court Case is also disposed of in the light of the directions issued in the judgment dated 6.11.2020 in Contempt Case (C)No.1951/2019 and con.cases.
