JUDGMENT
The abovesaid Contempt of Court case has been filed alleging non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court in Annexure-A1 judgment dated 24.07.2018 rendered in W.P(C)No.22751/2015 filed by the petitioner herein, in regard to her claim for grant of dependent pension under the Central Swatantrata Sainik Samman (SSS) Pension Scheme.

F.No.52/CC/K/25/2015-FF(SZ) dated 23.12.2019 has already been issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs and that the pension payment order has also been issued in favour of the petitioner. A copy of the said proceedings No. F.No.52/CC/K/25/2015FF(SZ) dated 23.12.2019 has also been made available by the learned Central Government Counsel for the perusal of this Court, which reads as follows:
“I am directed to refer to this Ministry's letter of even number dated 19.12.2019 on the subject cited above. It is informed that the necessary ID documents submitted by the State Government vide their communication No.FFPA1/114/2018/GAD dated 4.12.2019 received in the ministry on 18.12.2019, have been forwarded to PAO who in turn issued Pension Payment order vide their communication dated 20.12.2019 for release of pension.
legally justiciable grievances in relation to the abovesaid proceedings, then she will be at liberty to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
