JUDGMENT
The petitioners have approached this Court alleging that in spite of the directions in the judgment, dated 02.09.2019, the respondent, who is the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, has not forwarded her recommendations to the Pay Revision Committee.
2. However, in response to the afore submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the learned Senior Government Pleader, Sri.Mathew George Vadakkel, submitted that contrary to the allegations in the COC, the respondent has forwarded her recommendations within the time frame granted by this Court to the Pay Revision Committee and the said Committee has, in turn forwarded their recommendations to the Government which has
now led to a final order. He, therefore, prayed that this COC be closed.

Recording the submissions of the learned Senior Government Pleader as afore and since no cause survives of the petitioners, if the said submissions are accurate, I close this COC; leaving liberty to the petitioners to invoke other remedies against the order now issued by the Government, if they are so
interested.
