The learned Government Pleader submits that orders had been issued on 14.12.2020 in order to provide the salary and other benefits due to the petitioner and that the amounts shall be disbursed soon.
In the light of the aforesaid factual situation, nothing further survives to be decided in the matter. The contempt case is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court if there is any surviving cause of action.
