Sections 454, 457, 380 and 201 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution allegation is that the

accused person have trespassed into the residential house of the defacto complainant, broken the lock of

the door and stolen away gold ornaments, money and

other valuable articles and thereby committed the aforesaid offences.

Now it is reported by the learned Public

Prosecutor that trial of the case had already been

started and CWs.1 and 2 were examined. So the trial

Considering the entire facts involved in this case, I think that a direction can be given to

Hence, the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ambalapuzha shall try to dispose of the case at the earliest, at any rate on or before 29.02.2020.
