a day in July 2018, A2 had invited the victim to her house and taken her to bedroom, where A1 (husband of A2) had forcibly committed sexual intercourse on the victim and the petitioner herein (A2) had taken video pictures of the intimate scenes of sexual intercourse at that time and out of fear and shame, the victim did not disclose this incident to anybody. Subsequently, the accused persons had threatened her that they would divulge abovesaid intimate video pictures if the victim does not accede to sexual favours and on 27.9.2018, she was forced to go to the house of the accused persons, where A1 had again committed forcible sexual intercourse on her and though the accused persons had assured her that they would delete her obscene pictures from the mobile phone, which was not done and later on a day, A1 had forcibly put his genital organ in her mouth and made the victim to do oral sex and the said scene was videographed by A2 in her mobile phone and that at that time, out of fear and shame, she did not reveal these incidents to anyone. Later her brother informed her parents that the said obscene picture involving the victim is circulated in social media like Whatsapp and then she was left with no alternative but to complain to the Police as again the accused persons were compelling her for the very same purposes and
