The applicant has approached this Court for
anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in Crime No.259/2020 of Pala Police Station for having allegedly
committed the offences punishable under Sections 120B,
420, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.
instructions, submits that the case has been registered and a final report has been filed to that effect before
the jurisdictional court. Under the circumstances, the
apprehension of arrest is misplaced.
