The above Bail Application was dismissed by this Court by order dated 10.06.2020, with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer as expeditiously as possible. It was further stated that, in that event, he shall be thoroughly interrogated and recovery, if any, shall be effected and shall later be produced before the court having jurisdiction etc., Now the petitioner has moved this application seeking extension of time. According to him, during the Covid-19 pandemic himself and his family members were affected with the disease, that he could not surrender before the Investigating Officer so far and thus he seeks further time for surrender before the Investigating Officer.
