When this bail application filed on 13.2.2020 came up for consideration before this Court through Video Conference today, there was no representation to the petitioner. Therefore, I passed over the matter. When I again called this bail application after finishing of my work, even then, there was no representation to the petitioner. Probably, there may not be any apprehension of arrest to the petitioner. Therefore, this bail application is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application if there is any apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.81 of 2019 of Chevayur Police Station, Kozhikode District.
