Even though this matter has been included in the hearing list for the last several weeks and even though it has been called many times, there is no representation for the appellant, who seems to be appearing in person. His name was therefore, called in Court today but it is still found that he has chosen not to be present in person or to be represented through counsel.
In such circumstances, I have no other option but to dismiss this appeal for non prosecution.
