JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who participated in the auction conducted by the respondent Grama Panchayat on 21.03.2019, pursuant to Ext.P1 notification dated 05.03.2019, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P1 notification dated 05.03.2019. The petitioner has also sought for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to issue fresh notification and conduct fresh auction for all shops.
