This writ petition is filed by the petitioner
seeking the following reliefs:-
“(a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the respondent to make transfer of the Latin Catholic reservation seat of LL.M Course for the year 2018-19 from Kozhikode Govt.Law College to Ernakulam Govt. Law College or at least to Thrissur Govt. Law College so as to accommodate the petitioner by way of transfer from Govt. Law College Kozhikode
(b) Issue any other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
