We were not inclined to grant any police protection, especially since there is no licence obtained under Section 448 of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994. The learned counsel for the petitioner assures that the same would be obtained. But, however, we do not think that any police protection for the construction can be granted without such licence. The learned counsel, then, sought withdrawal of the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
