JUDGMENT

Heard Sri.P.Kuruvila Jacob, the learned counsel for the petitioners

and Sri.Saji Varghese, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for BSNL.

Though the writ prayer challenges Ext.P4 notice inviting sealed quotations for house keeping contract, the learned counsel for the petitioners did not press the writ prayers but seeks appropriate direction to 2^nd respondent to dispose of Ext.P5 representation dated 30.01.2019. The learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the alternative prayer. Hence the writ petition is disposed of by this order:-

(a) the 2^nd respondent considers and disposes of Ext.P5 representation of petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

(b) the petitioners for ensuring timely action are also given liberty to re-submit Ext.P5 by enclosing a copy of this order within one week from today.
