the trial Court had granted a temporary injunction restraining the defendants therein from alienating the subject property. During the pendency of the said injunction order, defendants concerned had alienated the property in gross violation of the said injunction order granted by the civil court and the alienation was made by the defendants in favour of the contesting respondent No.4. The petitioner had taken steps for punishing the defendants for violating the injunction order, which resulted in Ext.P3 order dated 3.4.2018 by the trial court, wherein it has been found by the said court that the said defendants have committed willful violation of the said injunction order of the civil court concerned etc. Further, it is stated by the petitioner that the 4th respondent had demolished the building situated in the said property and started construction of a new building and thereupon the petitioner was constrained to file Ext.P4 O.S.No.27/2018 before the Munsiff Court, Parappanangadi, in which the 4th respondent is arrayed as defendant seeking injunction to restrain the said defendants from constructing the building and to restrain from them committing waste etc. The injunction application moved by the petitioner in Ext.P4 suit was rejected by the trial court and later the petitioner has filed a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal before the Sub Court, Tirur, in which he had obtained Ext.P7
