This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P24 Anthropological

¶22

report, by the KIRTADS as also Ext.P25 proceedings issued by the Screening Committee. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that Ext.P24 report is dated 10/05/2010 and Ext.P25 is the order issued by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations with regard to the admission to the Professional Courses for the year 2011. It is stated that Ext.P25 proceedings are applicable only to admission to that specific year. It is further submitted that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the findings in Ext.P24, the same will have to be appropriately challenged before the Scrutiny Committee.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been filed as early as on 08/03/2010 and had been pending before this Court. It is therefore submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the findings in Ext.P24 before the Scrutiny Committee.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side, I am of the opinion that interest of justice will be served by directing that in case the

petitioner approaches the Scrutiny Committee with a challenge as against Ext.P24, the same will be appropriately considered. In case2 the petitioner makes an appropriate representation before the Scrutiny Committee within one month, the same will be considered by the Scrutiny Committee and appropriate orders passed after hearing the petitioner as also considering all relevant aspects within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
