Read order dated 20.02.2018:
“Admit. Government Pleader takes
notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Issue notice to the respondents 3 to 13 by Special Messenger.
The petitioner and her family members shall be afforded with necessary police protection, if on enquiry, a threat to the life of herself and family alleged is found to be correct.”
2. The political affiliation of the
petitioner and her family has resulted in the writ petition, seeking police protection. Though notice was issued on the party respondents and served, non appeared.
3. Considering the allegations raised in
the writ petition, we make the interim order absolute.
The writ petition hence would stand
disposed of.
