JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the
following reliefs:
(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to the respondents to keep in abeyance the threatened revenue recovery proceedings as per Ext.P1 Notice.
(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order to the first respondents to grant minimum 36 installments for repayment of the defaulted arrears and to provide a breathing time of at least 3 months to start the payment.
(iii) Grant such other relief that may be prayed for
which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.
