JUDGMENT
Petitioner is a licensee of a ration depot No.ARD 155/KLN of Kollam Taluk, Kollam District. Action was initiated against the petitioner under the provisions of the Kerala Rationing Order, 1966 and petitioner is suffered with Exts.P2 and P4 orders passed by the primary as well as appellate authority. Thereupon, petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 revision. The sole relief sought for is, early consideration of Ext.P5 revision.
and learned Senior Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to finalise Ext.P5 revision at the earliest possible time and at any rate within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
