JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing this matter for some time, sought permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, incorporating challenge against Section 27A of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act also.
This request is granted. Consequently, this writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn, reserving liberty to the petitioner as afore prayed for.
