JUDGMENT
Petitioner, having been aggrieved by Ext.P3 order passed by the 2nd respondent, the Secretary of the Erattupetta Municipality, dated 22.01.2019, declining licence for starting "L.E.D Video Wall", has submitted Ext.P4 Appeal before the 3rd respondent, the Municipal Council, which is pending consideration. The sole relief sought for is early finalisation of Ext.P4.
petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to finalise Ext.P4 in accordance with law, and attain finality at the earliest, and at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
