J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has a liability towards motor vehicle tax. The petitioner
confined her relief for payment of motor vehicle tax arrears in 12 instalments.
Taking note of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to discharge the entire liability in 12 equal monthly instalments starting from 20.02.2019 followed by every month. If the petitioner commits default in any one of the instalments, this facility would stand forfeited. Coercive steps as against the petitioner shall
be deferred in tune with the above direction.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
