JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the second respondent to implement Ext.P4 direction. There is further prayer seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to consider and take appropriate action on Exts.P2 and P5 representations.
has demanded the Additional Tahsildar, Karthikappally, to take appropriate steps on the request made by the petitioner. It is further stated that Ext.P5 representation, dated 03.01.2013, has thereafter been preferred before the first respondent pointing out that no steps have been taken by the concerned officer, pursuant to Ext.P4 letter.

opinion that in case the proceedings as directed in Ext.P4 have not been taken, it is for the respondent to take appropriate further action
in the matter.
In the above view of the matter, in case no steps have been taken pursuant to Exts.P4 and P5, appropriate action shall be taken by the respondent, in accordance with the law, after hearing the petitioner
and any other affected parties, within a period of 3 months from the
date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
