JUDGMENT

The petitioners' limited prayer in this case is that the

representation made by them before the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the 4^th respondent herein, be directed to be disposed of in terms of law.

Smt.C.S.Sheeja, the learned Senior Government Pleader as well as Sri.N.Raghuraj, the learned counsel appearing for the 1^st respondentBank, submits that Ext.P5 has already been considered by the competent Authority and that necessary action has been taken on it, leading to the suspension of the Board of Directors of the 1^st respondent-Society on 16.02.2019. They, therefore, say that no further orders are required in this writ petition and that the writ petition has now become infructuous.

Even though there is no representation for the petitioners' today, I close this writ petition on the basis of the submissions made as afore, leaving liberty to the petitioners to pursue all their contentions before the competent Authority, if it is so necessary in future.
