of the Kerala Lorry Transporting Workers Union (Reg.No.389/73) at Kollam, have filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation dated 30.10.2018 on merits expeditiously after affording the petitioners a reasonable opportunity of being heard; and a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to engage them for transporting liquor from Karikkode Godown of the 1st respondent Beverages Corporation.
