JUDGMENT

The limited prayer of the petitioner in this

writ petition is that Ext.P5 complaint,

preferred by him before the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Kollam, be directed to

be taken up and considered.

Sri. Bimal K. Nath, the learned Senior

Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the

official respondents, submits that there is no

legal impediment in taking up Ext.P5 and

considering the same and that necessary decision

on it will be taken, after affording an

opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as

well as the party respondents in this case.

respondents also affirms that his clients have no objection to this course being adopted and
