JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is conducting a restaurant in the name and style 'Rammu's Dhe Kozhikodan Restaurant' at Kazhakkottam in Thiruvananthapuram District, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7 appeal expeditiously. The petitioner has also sought for an order directing respondents 1 and 2 to issue licence to him for running the restaurant, based on Ext.P6 application.
