JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to take appropriate steps to see that the pollution and the foul smell emanating from the toilets and urinals of the 8th respondent-School is properly addressed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Pollution Control Board that pursuant to interim orders issued by this Court, appropriate remedial measures had been taken by the 8th respondent and an inspection had been conducted by the Board as directed by this Court. It was found that the rectification done was largely successful in eliminating the complaints. It is stated that pursuant to order dated 18.09.2017, a further inspection had been conducted in the premises and it was found that the issue stands resolved as on the date of the inspection.
It is submitted that in case there is any further complaint, it will be open to the petitioners to approach the 8th respondent and the 12th respondent and that appropriate action shall take in

accordance with law. The said submissions are recorded. The
writ petition is closed.
