JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner
seeking the following reliefs:-
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 5th respondent to consider and give an appointment in any one of the future vacancies in the college to the petitioner under compassionate Employment Scheme.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 5th respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as clerk in the college on the ground that petitioner is working provisionally in the college from 2013 onwards on the basis of the provisions contained in the Calicut University Act and Statute.
iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to frame a scheme on the basis of Ext.P2 G.O. for appointment under dying-in-harness scheme without further delay.”
