JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to issue number to her residential building for which Ext.P3 petition is pending, without insisting the mutation and possession certificate of the property, forthwith. The petitioner has also sought for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to take immediate action on Ext.P3 representation dated 07.11.2018.
for consideration, this Court passed the following order;
“On 25.01.2019, when this writ petition came up for admission, this Court issued urgent notice by speed post to the respondents, returnable within three weeks. Despite the order of this Court, no steps were taken to send notice to the respondents.
Though this writ petition was listed before the Registrar(Judicial) on 08.07.2019, there was no

representation for the petitioner.
Today, when the case was listed before this Court, none appeared for the petitioner.”
consideration, none appears for the petitioner.
In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed
for non-prosecution.
