JUDGMENT
Petitioner approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:
“i. Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ order or direction compelling the respondents 1 & 2 to correct the mistake of recording the petitioner as absent for internal in the subject “Drafting, pleading and Conveyancing of the Vth Semester of the Bachelor of Laws (three year) Course of the petitioner by recording 59 marks secured by her and to issue Consolidated Mark List and Degree Certificate for her Bachelor of Laws (three years) Course within such limited time limit as this Hon'ble Court shall deem just. And
ii. Grant such other order or directions as may be deemed necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice.”
