After arguing this matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client has instructed him to withdraw this writ petition, since a Civil Suit has already been filed before the Munsiff's Court, Manjery, seeking similar reliefs.
Consequently, this writ petition will stand dismissed as having been withdrawn.
