JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an Association of Private Primary Headmasters. The writ petition is filed aggrieved by the refusal on the part of the respondents to include the Association in the Quality Improvement Programme Committee despite several request made by petitioner.

So far the request of the petitioner is not considered. Therefore there shall be a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation for inclusion of petitioner Association in Quality Improvement Programme Committee. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the representation could not be traced out. Therefore petitioner shall submit a fresh representation along with a copy of Ext.P2 and the copy of the judgment. Orders shall be passed within a period of one month
