J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is working as a pump operator in the

Perumbavoor depot of the Kerala State Road Transport

¶20

Corporation.

The petitioner had earlier approached this court

¶22

seeking disposal of certain benefits due to him. That writ petition

¶23

was disposed of by Ext.P1 judgment, directing the Chairman and

¶24

Managing Director of the first respondent Corporation to consider

¶25

and pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner. Accordingly, the representation was considered and

¶26

Ext.P2 Memorandum dated 22.12.2018 issued.

The grievance highlighted in this writ petition is that

¶28

there is omission in Ext.P2 with respect to the petitioner's claim

¶29

for arrears of salary and that his claim for grade promotion has

¶30

not been considered.

Sri.T.P.Sajan, the learned Standing Counsel for the

¶32

Kerala State Road Transport Corporation submits that the

¶33

WP(C).No.14134 of 2019

¶35

corporation is willing to disburse the arrears of salary due to the

¶36

petitioner within a period of one month.

¶37

It is for the petitioner to agitate his other grievances

¶38

before the appropriate authority.

¶39

The writ petition is hence disposed of directing the respondents to disburse the eligible arrears of salary due to the petitioner within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will be at liberty to

ventilate his grievances regarding other claims before the

¶41

appropriate authority.
