Heard Sri. P. Sreekumar, the learned counsel appearing for the University of Health Sciences, who have challenged the order passed by the Kerala Lok Ayukta on the complaint of the first respondent Muhammad Habeeb Rahiman K.T. in the H.R. M.P. No2323/11/18/19. Since the concerned interim order of the Kerala Human Rights Commission has already been stayed by this Court and the final year B. Pharm examination in the National College of Pharmacy under the Kerala University of Health Sciences is already over, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and should therefore be closed.
