JUDGMENT

The petitioner was before this Court for police protection to hold an election. This Court granted an order to afford necessary police protection on 7.5.2019. Later, on 10.5.2019 the petitioner submitted that the election is not being held and hence the interim order was withdrawn. Even as of now the election is not scheduled. Hence, we dismiss the writ petition as infructuous.
