JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is stated to be an absolute owner in possession of 12.50 Ares of land in Muthuthala Village of Pattambi Taluk in Palakkad District comprised in Survey No.63/2 in Block No.26, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to consider Ext.P6 appeal and pass orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. The petitioner has also sought for a declaration that he is entitled to get the nature of his property comprised in Survey No.63/2 of Muthuthala Village of Pattambi Taluk in Palakkad District as dry land of nilam in the revenue records; and a declaration that he is entitled to get the entries regarding his property comprised in Survey No.63/2 of Muthuthala Village of Pattambi Taluk in Palakkad District in the data bank to be deleted by the Local Level Monitoring Committee, without any further delay.
