JUDGMENT
Heard Sri. V.T.Madhavan Unni, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Mathew George Vadakkel, learned Government Pleader.
Therefore, given the consensual arrangement between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition holding that the petitioner is granted seven instalments to pay arrears of motor vehicle tax amounting to Rs.54,403/- commencing from 30.4.2019 and the petitioner is under obligation to continue to pay the quarterly tax payable. In default of any of the installments to pay, the respondent is free to proceed against the petitioner.
