JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is stated to be a permanent resident of Poopparal in Perinthalmanna, and holding about 40.60 cents of land in Sy.No.17/12, 411/1, 413, 416/1 & 418/1 of Kesaba amsom in Kozhikode town, has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Exhibit-P10 appeal pending before the Tribunal for Local Self-Government Institutions, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner has also sought for a writ of mandamus commanding the second respondent to remove the illegal construction put up on the public causeway abutting Rajaji Road in Kozhikode Corporation by 7th and 8th respondents. The further relief sought for is a writ of mandamus commanding the fifth respondent to register a crime and investigate on the offence revealed by the petition dated 7.2.2019 given by the petitioner.
