J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P1
order. Ext.P1 is an order transferring the petitioner to Malappuram Unit. It is also directed realisation of
penalty for non surrender of the duty pass.
2. This writ petition was admitted on 11.04.2014
and interim stay of Ext.P1 had been granted.
In view of the fact that the interim order has
been in force for more than five years, I am of the opinion that no further steps are liable to be taken against the petitioner in terms of Ext.P1. The writ petition is closed, making the interim order absolute.
This will not stand in the way of any further orders of transfer passed in accordance to the norms.
