We do not wish to interfere with the interim order, since the entire issues are at large in the writ petition pending. Suffice it to say that every endeavor shall be made to dispose of the writ petition as early as possible in the circumstances. We also make it clear that the first respondent shall draw the scale of pay as he was enjoying earlier as Assistant pending final verdict in the writ petition. We have not expressed anything on merits.
The Writ Appeal is disposed of.
