petitioner.

4. The petitioner is the wife. She

is residing in Thrissur. She is having a daughter, aged one year, to be looked after. There is nobody to accompany her from her

residence in Thrissur to the Family Court,

Muvattupuzha, submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. O.P.No.181/2019 and M.C.No.62/2019 filed by the petitioner are pending before the Family Court,

Thrissur. Since the petitioner is residing at Thrissur and the connected matters are pending before the Family Court, Thrissur, it will be convenient to the petitioner if the above said Original Petition is transferred to the Family Court, Thrissur. Since the connected matters are pending before the Family Court, Thrissur, transferring of the above case to the Family Court, Thrissur will not cause any prejudice

to the respondent as well. In the said

circumstances, I am inclined to allow this

Transfer Petition.

In the result, this Transfer Petition stands allowed, transferring O.P.No.200/2019
