Petitioner is the respondent in

O.P.No.84/2019 pending before the Family Court at Ettumanoor. She seeks transfer of the case to

Family Court at Thrissur.

2. Notice was served on the respondent, who appeared and opposed the application.

3. It is seen that two other matters are also pending as O.P.No.544/2019 and M.C. No.159/2019 before the Family Court at Thrissur.

It is also seen that the petitioner is residing at Thrissur with her children.

¶22

Having considered these facts, I am inclined to allow the transfer petition on the following conditions:

i) O.P.No.84/2019 pending before the Family

Court at Ettumanoor is transferred to Family Court, Thrissur.

(ii) The Family Court, Ettumannoor shall

transfer the entire files to Family Court, Thrissur.

(iii) Both sides shall appear before the Family

Court, Thrissur on 08.08.2019.
