These petitions are filed seeking review of the common judgment dated 15.10.2018 in WP(C) Nos.27263/2018 & WP(C) No.27297/2018 on the ground that the petitioner had submitted applications under the Right to Information Act after the issuance of the judgment and had
come to know that certain amounts due to him under prized chitties had not been adjusted against the amounts due from him. Though discovery of new facts after the judgment is definitely not a ground to review the judgment, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no remedy other than filing a review petition.
