ORDER
This review petition is filed by the 1st respondent seeking review of the judgment dated 24.11.2017 disposed along with the W.P.(C) No.29293 of 2017.
was dismissed as per the judgment dated 13.04.2018 whereby the common judgment of this Court in one of writ petition is affirmed. In my considered opinion, in view of the dismissal of the writ appeal against judgment in one of the writ petition, the review cannot be maintained under law.
Therefore, the review petition is dismissed accordingly.
