This review petition is one filed by respondents 1 to 3 in W.P.(C)No.16394 of 2018, seeking review of the judgment of this Court dated 31.05.2018 in that writ petition, which was one filed by the 1st respondent herein, who was formerly working as High School Assistant (Malayalam) in Sree Durga Vilasam Higher Secondary School, Peramangalam, which is under the management of the 2nd respondent herein, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit him to resume service as High School Assistant (Malayalam) in view of the order dated 25.10.2017 of the 3rd petitioner herein (Ext.P9) and the order dated 15.02.2018 of the 2nd petitioner herein (Ext.P10).
