The petitioner herein is the landlord/respondent in

R.C.A.No.5/2018 pending before the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Manjeri. According to the

petitioner he is in urgent need of the petition schedule shop room to eke-out income for his livelihood. Therefore, the delay in disposal of the aforesaid appeal would be prejudicial to his interest. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Manjeri to dispose the aforesaid

appeal, within a time frame.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned counsel for the respondent.

Considering the urgency of the matter, the
