1. Aggrieved by the delay in the delivery of the certified copy of the order passed by the Principal Munsiff's Court, Kannur in EA 79/2019 in EP 280/2018 in RCP 145/2017 on the files of the Principal Munsiff, Kannur, the petitioner has approached this court, invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this court, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and sought for a direction to deliver the certified copy of the impugned orders, passed in the aforesaid EA within a specified time. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner.

Having regard to the grievance projected in this original petition, the Principal Munsiff's Court, Kannur is directed to deliver the certified copy of the order passed in the aforesaid EA within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Delivery of the plaint schedule shop room in the aforesaid EA would stand deferred for one week from today.
