The petitioner is the landlord. He has obtained an order of eviction against the respondent under Ext P1 and he had preferred Ext P2 Execution Petition seeking execution of Ext P1 order of eviction in the year 2017. The said Execution Petition has not been disposed of, so far, despite the long lapse of more than two years. This is the grievance projected in this Original Petition.

Having regard to the pendency of the said Execution Petition, despite the long lapse of two years, the Principal Munsiff Court, Trivandrum is hereby directed to dispose of Ext
